The essence of Puglia

Anima Bianca is a wine with a delicate, sweet but never intrusive aromas, typical of Bombino Bianco vinified as single variety. Its predominant aromas are those of Mediterranean shrubs such as boxwood, broom, sage, with a hint of wildflower honey. Its color is light yellow with greenish reflections, easy to taste, smooth, tasty and fresh to drink.

Anima Bianca is made and bottled in a numbered series of bottles.

We are a winemakers based in Orta Nova, Puglia. We grow our vines and make our wines in our winery. We are a family company based on three decades of experience in wine making and viticulture. Our immutable principles are the respect for the territory, paying attention to the quality of the wine and we bottle using solely native vines.

The vineyards- the most important asset for us

Our wineyards are in the hearth of Tavoliere delle Puglie, a plain southwards Foggia in the land of Daunia. Since 90 years ago, our family grow them directly, respecting nature and the territory using innovation but serving the sustainability.

The Nero di Troia and the Bombino Bianco: the wines of our legacy

The Nero di Troia and the Bombino Bianco are autochthone grapes and they are true excellences of our territory, the Daunia. They are known since Magna Graecia era and they have passed through the centuries; they have been always much appreciated by kings, poets and visitors who have approached our land as the great emperor Federico II of Svevia. They are grapes represented in all our labels who narrate about Puglia and make us fall in love with Daunia.
