It is a family company that grows its own and native grapes and makes a selected and numbered quantity of bottled wines per year. It is a winery with a long experience in viticulture and winemaking. Palatino- winemakers for passion in Puglia è titolare dei vigneti da cui vendemmia le uve per produrre i propri vini e sono  tutti collocati ad Orta Nova. Il suo obiettivo è quello di produrre, esclusivamente dalle proprie uve autoctone, vini che rappresentino appieno, la vocazione, la tradizione e la qualità enoica del territorio del basso tavoliere.

The concept of this company, comes from is founder, Vito Palatino, and it is born from his passion for the vineyards cultivation and his strong bond with his native land. Always involved in viticulture from his grandfather Vito Vito and his father Michele he graduated in winemaking and oenology making further experiences inland and abroad, in French and American wineries. In managing his business he makes use of his managerial and oenological experiences and of his father Michele's long and consolidated experience in viticulture Michele.
