Oggi il vero problema del vino è l’omologazione. Molti ristoratori o enoteche vi propongono carte dei vini piene di etichette che voi troverete al supermercato, prive di identità . Oppure vi servono vini tecnicamente perfetti ma senza anima.
Oggi la vera sfida per chi ama il vino è trovare l’autenticità. La Puglia è piena di grandi numeri, ma spesso si perde il legame con la terra e con chi quel vino lo fa davvero. Ci troviamo di fronte a etichette ‘mute’ che non hanno nulla da raccontare oltre a un vitigno scritto sulla carta.
Ecco vi abbiamo portato la Puglia più autentica, ma soprattutto vi offriamo la nostra famiglia: vinifichiamo solo 10.000 bottiglie tutte singolarmente numerate, cioè solo 23 al giorno!
Siamo un’azienda familiare, una vera cantina boutique e seguiamo ogni grappolo dalla vigna alla numerazione finale della bottiglia, e tutto avviene nella nostra azienda. Essendo una realtà familiare, controlliamo personalmente ogni fase, dalla vigna all’imbottigliamento.
Il risultato è un vino in bottiglia sartoriale, pensato per chi cerca un vino autentico, pulito e con un carattere che non scende a compromessi con le logiche industriali, rispettoso della vostra salute e dell’ambiente.

Nero di Troia is grown on calcareous and gravelly soils which allow our grapes to be rich in polyphenols. Bombino Bianco is characterized by low vigor and grows best on dry, light, siliceous or calcareous soils.
