Our wine was born in the heart of ancient Daunia, in the province of Foggia in Orta Nova, where Nero di Troia and Bombino Bianco are our most representative and well-known vines today worldwide and protagonists in the most important trade fairs in the sector.

Farosè è un vino rosato prodotto da uve di Nero di Troia in purezza, dai profumi fruttati e dal sapore fresco e sapido. E’ un rosato che ad ogni sorso vi farà immaginare di trascorrere una dolce estate sulle coste del Gargano, ad ammirare i suoi paesaggi ricchi di bellezze e di tradizioni che si perdono nei secoli.
Our vineyards are located in Orta Nova in the heart of the Tavoliere delle Puglie, south of the city of Foggia corresponding to the area occupied by the ancient Daunians, i.e. the northern area of Puglia up to the northern limit of the Bat province.
Nero di Troia is grown on calcareous and gravelly soils which allow our grapes to be rich in polyphenols. Bombino Bianco is characterized by low vigor and grows best on dry, light, siliceous or calcareous soils.

Il Nero di Troia viene coltivato su terreni calcarei e ghiaiosi che permettono alle nostre uve di essere ricche di profumi e polifenoli. Il Bombino Bianco è invece allevato su terreni franco-argillosi che mantengono freschi i vigneti, preservando gli aromi e la freschezza delle uve dall’estati calde che caratterizzano la Daunia.
