Anima Bianca is a wine with delicate aromas, sweet and never intrusive, typical of Bombino Bianco vinified as single variety. Its predominant aromas are those of Mediterranean shrubs such as boxwood, broom, sage with a hint of wildflower honey. Its color is light yellow with greenish reflections, easy to taste, smooth, savory and fresh mouthful

Anima Bianca is made and bottled in a limited and numbered series of bottles.
