Il 14 July 2023 from 7pm at Bradamante Bistrot, there will be an evening to be enjoyed in one go. We start with the presentation of our new label "Anima Bianca” IGP Puglia Bombino Bianco, which will first accompany the aperitif based on delicious finger food and then also the dinner with the sound of “April Night Duo Live”
We start at 7pm with the presentation of "ANIMA BIANCA", a pure white Bombino, the jewel in the crown of the winery Palatino Vini Pugliesi per Passione, which will be told to us directly by the person who gave life to this wonderful reality, Vito Palatino.
To accompany the tasting there will be our Finger Foods:
– C.B.T. tuna Cacciatore style, burrata d'Andria, tomato confit on an avocado base;
– Octopus c.b.t. with broccoli cream and Alberobello taralli powder and confit tomato
– Eggplant and scamorza meatballs on Tex Mex sauce;
– Pulled pork with chive and basil mayo, sweet and sour onion.
